France gets the Host group...Italy and England having the easier of the groups IMO...with groups D and G competing for the 'Group of Death'

there's no competition... group G is clearly the "Group of Death"

ReplyDeleteGroup B: If Argentina struggles as they have to qualify, this group may present problems for them. Greece have a strong side (finished second in their qualifying) and we know the south koreans wont go down without a good fight. Throw in nigeria as the wild horse as part-host (its africa) and we have some battles for the ages.
Group G: Not an easy road for the brazilians. Korea DPR qualified second in their division, Drogba a di boss and Portugal should produce a strong showing. I expect razil to come out though and probably ivory coast.
Group H: You may think that Spain has got it easy. But beware of Switzerland, the players click, they finished first in their qualifying and can only get better. Chile and Honduras also are both formidable opponents.
Group C: Who wouldnt love to see Beckham play the USA. He should be on Englands side. I wanna see Landon Donovan exercise some demons on his ass (no homo). I also think Slovenia may be a tricky team, we'll see.
Toughest groups - Group D & Group G. i'm yet to go thru the draw to see which teams have the easier paths.
